During the pandemic, Bruut Amsterdam collaborated with the Dutch government as part of its crisis communication team, creating impactful commercials that guided us through the ups and downs of the lockdown and eventual return to normalcy.
Given the unpredictable nature of the pandemic and rapidly changing rules, effective crisis communication and swift action were crucial. Teaming up with creative agency Roorda, we established a “fast lane” approach, enabling us to produce important and high-quality commercials within a remarkably short timeframe of 5 to 7 days, from briefing to broadcast. This task became more complex as the country gradually reopened, requiring larger locations for our shoots.
As responsible producers working with the Dutch government, we prioritized safety by implementing a COVID-19 protocol ahead of many in the Dutch film industry. This protocol ensured that our shoots were conducted responsibly and in accordance with health guidelines.
