For Samsung, we created a playful campaign about the moments when everyday life and technology don’t quite go as planned. Across three relatable stories set at home, we show how things can quickly get tricky, and how Samsung is there to help when they do.
We all know Samsung for its innovative devices and smart technology. But what many people don’t know is that Samsung offers a whole range of services designed to make life a little easier. From 24/7 support and built-in protection to professional installation. That became the starting point for the campaign: When life happens, we got you.
Our friends at Chiel created three memorable characters, each finding themselves in a very relatable moment of everyday chaos. Silly Cat accidentally spills coffee all over a Samsung laptop. Martina is surrounded by a sea of plushies when her tablet seems to get hacked. And Shifty Alex gets himself into trouble trying to mount a giant Samsung TV on his own. In each situation, Samsung is there to step in and make things right.
The result is three 20-second hero films, each with its own visual world, all shot in just one day, in a single house. The tone is playful, vibrant and slightly absurd, using playful characters and upbeat music to make the different services feel approachable and memorable.
